Mr. Sorensen began documenting the amazing English crop circle phenomenon in
1992, and quickly became the world's foremost videographer of the mystery. He
has amassed by far the most comprehensive aerial footage during this astonishing decade, and produced tapes each year that take
the viewer flying over practically all the new formations.
Every summer the CircleMakers gift us with ever more awesome, complex and beautiful designs, and in 1999 they out-did themselves! There was a
pictogram over a thousand feet long in the famous East Field, which seems like a catalog
of all the early agriglyphs. There was a tremendous, three-armed "Crescent Vortex" next to Hackpen hill, which, more than ever before, begged the
question: how could anyone - - even extraterrestrials - - construct such a subtly complex pattern?!
And, of course, there was the breath-taking "Basket," which had, hands down, the most astonishing crop lay in history - - exactly like a woven
wicker basket! Tragically, this lovely creation was cut down by the farmer on the day
that it appeared - - but not before Ulrich Kox, a diligent German researcher, recorded it using Sorensen's digital video camera. This is the ONLY aerial
video of this unprecedented masterpiece. In the early morning sunlight, the formation looks like it was woven out of gold!
Many circles are explored on the ground too, and usually on the first day (including the Crescent Vortex and the long one in the East Field). You'll
also see the LAST formation of the millennium from both air and ground; the eight-fold "Pi," which appeared next to Avebury on September first. Not many
people saw that one!
Although the budget did NOT allow for narration or music, many sequences were narrated live when they were shot. Anyone who likes crop circles
will thoroughly enjoy the experience of "being there through the magic of television." And don't miss the interview with a Wiltshire policeman stating
that he doubts crop circles are man-made, because the "coppers" have never caught - or even heard of -- any hoaxers being caught!
The hour-long 1999 tape costs $33.00.
1996, '97 and '98 tapes are now lowered to $27.00 each, while the 1992 -'94
(three years in one), and 1995 videos, which are both two hours long, are only
$33.00 each.
All PRICES INCLUDE postage and handling to the USA & Canada. Elsewhere add $5.
