We can learn
more about the intended meaning of this “opening door” crop picture, by
studying schematic images of the broad landscape where It was drawn
Most crop
pictures remain fairly cryptic and enigmatic, and do not reveal their
full intended meaning (or meanings) until we study where they were
drawn, in both the short-range and long-range landscapes nearby. We can
use aerial photos taken by drone cameras to identify short-range
features: for example seeing a large letter “D” for the word “Door”,
created by the unique shape of a large clump of trees nearby. We can
also use on-line aerial maps from Google Earth, Google Maps or Bing Maps
to identify long-range features: for example that “roofed house” with a
“door” shown in a slide just above.
Even
very-long-range features of the landscape seem to give important clues
as to the intended meaning of some crop pictures, and the “opening door”
is no exception. Let us study these broad, long-range images more
closely, to see what we might find?
A message
drawn in crops for us by an “angel” with an “open door” for her “heart”
First by
studying this crop picture in an orientation of “East-up” on Google
Earth, we can see the image of an “angel” with an “open door” for his or
her “heart”:
It seems
possible, therefore, that this crop picture was drawn for us by some
entity which we might call an “angel”, rather than by local men with
rope and boards.
The “door to
heaven” (or to our knowledge of E.T. reality) may be opening very
slowly, because humans on Earth today still have many irrational fears
of what they might find there
Next by
studying this same crop picture in an orientation of “North-up”, or 90o
away from the previous view, we can see the image of a “seated man from
Earth” on the left, who has become so terrified by looking
up into a “door to heaven” (outlined in red),
that he has metaphorically “defecated in his pants”:
Just as if
this “seated man” were to look up in the sky, and expect to see a
“poisonous rattlesnake”!
When this
“man from Earth” looks up into space, he imagines irrationally that he
will see something very dangerous, akin to a “poisonous rattlesnake”
which might bite and kill him (shown along the centre and right). What a
clever artistic joke the E.T. crop artists have prepared for us here!
A
metaphorical “door standing open in heaven”: how did the artistic
process take place?
Their artistic allusion may have been taken from Revelation 4:1:
“After this I looked up, and there before me was a door standing open in
heaven. The voice which I had heard earlier, speaking loudly like a
trumpet, now said to me, ‘Come up, and I will show you
what will take place after this (in the future).’ “
When I first
used Google Earth to see where this crop picture was drawn, I
immediately saw the humorous image of an “Earth man” looking up in fear
at a “rattlesnake”, just south of Fovant at latitude 51.045o
N, longitude 1.969o W, and wondered how that might fit into
the meaning of this new crop picture?
When we
cross-reference that first image by turning our view of the landscape
from “North-up” to “East-up”, we can also see the schematic image of an
“angel”, and a small “house with a door” near her “heart”.
So they
seemingly decided to use a small letter “D” in the landscape, located
just next to that “house with a door”, and also between the “Earth man”
and his imagined enemy the “rattlesnake”, to draw the image of a
“slowly-opening door”. This “door to heaven” can only open very
slowly, because most people on Earth today are so
irrationally afraid of what they might find or see there.
