Reconstruction of the
2025 Ipuacu (Brazil) formation
1. Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.
2. Construct two inscribed heptagons (regular 7-sided polygons) of circle 1, one pointing up, one pointing down.
3. Construct the inscribed equilateral triangle of circle 1, pointing up.
4. Construct the inscribed circle of triangle 3.
5. Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 4, pointing up.
6. Construct the inscribed circle of hexagon 5.
7. Construct the inscribed pentagon (regular 5-sided polygon) of circle 4, pointing up.
8. Draw the five diagonals of pentagon 7.
9. Construct the inscribed circle of the pentagon enclosed by diagonals 8.
10. Construct the inscribed equilateral triangle of circle 6, pointing up.
11. Construct a circle centered at the top of triangle 10, tangent to circle 4 at the upper side.
12. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 11 at the lower side.
13. Construct the inscribed equilateral triangle of circle 12, pointing up.
14. Copy circle 11 to the upper intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline.
15. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 14 at the upper side.
16. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 14 at the lower side.
17. Construct two inscribed heptagons of circle 16, one pointing up, one pointing down.
18. Circles 1, 4, 6, 9, and 15, triangles 10, and 13, and heptagons 2 and 17, are used for the final reconstruction.
19. Remove all parts not visible within the formation itself.
20. Colour all areas corresponding to standing...
21. ...or to flattened crop, and finish the reconstruction of the 2025 Ipuacu (Brazil) formation.
22. The final result, matched with the aerial image.
