| Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. |

| Copy circle 1 two times, to its righthand intersection with the horizontal, and its upper intersection with the vertical centerline. |

| Copy circle 1 to the upper intersection of upper circle 2 and the vertical centerline. |

| Draw the connecting line between the intersections of circles 2. |
| 5. |
| Construct the circumscribed square of circle 1, with the mid-point of a side on line 4. |

| Construct a circle centered at the upper intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline, passing through the top of square 5. |

| Construct a circle centered at the top of square 5, passing through the righthand intersection of circle 6 and square 5. |

| Construct a circle centered at the upper intersection of circle 3 and the vertical centerline, passing through the center of circle 7. |
