THIS MANDALA CAME FROM THE ANGELS. (“ASK YOUR ANGELS-BOOK. A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO WORKING WITH THE MESSENGERS OF HEAVEN TO EMPOWER AND ENRICH YOUR LIFE.” My dear favorite from 1992!) A MANDALA IS A CIRCULAR DESIGN THAT SYMBOLIZES THE UNIVERSE AND TOTALITY OR WHOLENESS. IT ORIGINATED IN EASTERN RELIGIONS AND IS USED AS AN AID FOR CENTERING AND FOR MEDITATION. THIS MANDALA IS DESIGNED TO: · HELP YOU BALANCE THE TWO HEMISPHERES OF YOUR BRAIN (INDICATED BY THE CROSSBAR IN THE MIDDLE); · SUPPORT YOU IN GROUNDING YOURSELF (THE TWO TRIANGLES REPRESENT THE INFLOW OF ENERGIES FROM EARTH AND HEAVEN); AND · CONNECT YOU WITH YOUR INNER SEEING (REPRESENTED BY THE TWO DOTS) AND WITH YOUR PHYSICAL BODY (REPRESENTED BY THE CENTRAL AXIS). 1) Hold the image of the mandala in front of you at the level of your Third Eye, right in the middle of your forehead, but far enough away so that you can see it. 2) Keep staring at the image until you have memorized it. 3) Feel it imprinted over your Third Eye on the surface of your skin. 4) Close your eyes and imagine that the image is pulsing on your forehead and sinking into your skin. Picture it as if it were tattooed onto your skull, beneath your skin. See it in any colors you choose. 5) Feel this image beaming out from your Third Eye, like a television test pattern, broadcasting signals to your angels (or friendly ETs) that tell them you´re ready to align with them. Send it to your guardian angel, to your favorite star system or maybe you want to send it to: The Angel of Nature. These beings are cousins of the environment angels. They work with the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. They include the nature spirits, all beings we have called (notice that the names have changed throughout the times) devas, elves, fairies, gnomes and so forth.... While the environment angels are connected with places, these angels are connected the forms of Life. They are the guardians of everything from the minute to the magnificent, from viruses and pebbles to rivers and redwood trees.
