The Ammonite formation, with it's nearly unique,
logarithmic expanding spiral -- appeared back in mid-July below the
Pewsey White Horse.
By the time I took the picture it had been damaged by too many visitors
-- and I hear that the farmer was stomping around in a rage, too!
Of course I have Photo-shopped the damage out, and fixed some wonky
bits. In particular, there had been a tiny ammonite spiral where you see
a little circle now. It had been 90% destroyed, so I cloned in some
shiny crop from the centre of the main circle to cover the damage.
