The elegant, eleven-fold "Camera Iris" formation that appeared July 26th between Beckhampton and Devizes. To my knowledge, there has not
been a crop formation with eleven-fold geometry before. The close-up shows the peculiar lay of the crop inside, which is partly carefully ordered like a basket weave, and partly madly chaotic.
