There has been a recent crop circle discovery in
Austria near the town of Zwettl in Lower Austria. I am attaching a
photo of a report on this sighting taken from the local newspaper.
Here is the
translation of the newspaper article:
"A reader of a local newspaper has found something
extraordinary during a cycling trip last week. At
the so-called Hofer roundabout (named after a local
supermarket) in the town of Zwettl in Lower Austria.
She noticed a very distinctive circular formation in
a grain field. The attached photo shows that this
formation could not have been formed naturally. The
meaning of this sign is still not known, nor is it
known whether more such formations have been found
in the Waldviertel (wood quarter) region in Lower
Austria."
My parents will investigate tomorrow and take
pictures, if possible. Some of the Austrian
researchers are uncertain about the authenticity of
this crop circle. They find the angle at which the
photo was taken, supposedly by the cyclist herself,
worthy of suspicion. They think it looks like a
professional photograph. I am attaching this photo
for you.
Regarding the bowl-shaped carvings, my father has
been aware of them since he was born in Schloss
Rosenau, he is now 62, and has only recently begun
to investigate them closely. These bowls were all
covered with plant growth, moss, soil and leaves
etc. and have recently been cleared by my father
using simple gardening tools. The precision of the
carvings leave us doubting whether they could
possibly be natural. To us, they seem to be man-made
and have suspected for some time that they belong to
the Celts of any other early tribes.
In the region there is the so-called Kraftarena
which includes a stone pyramid also believed to have
been built by the Celts, among others such as the
Weltkugel, which is a large stone with a suspected
energy field surrounding it. Here is a link to the
Wikipedia page for the town of Gross Gerungs which
unfortunately only in German: Kraftarena
but I have translated it for you
here.
